According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Nevada was 13.6% (sa) in February, 2011. Among all Nevada counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Lyon (18.6%), Storey (17.4%), and Nye (17.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Elko (7.6%), Eureka (7.8%), and Esmeralda (8.1%).
