According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 7.8% (sa) in January, 2010. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Luna (21.1%), Catron (13.5%), and Mora (11.5%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Los Alamos (4%), Curry (5.4%), and De Baca (6.3%).
