According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 7.9% (sa) in March, 2021. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Luna (16.7%), Lea (10%), and Cibola (9.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Los Alamos (2.8%), Harding (3.6%), and Union (3.7%).
