According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 10.9% (sa) in March, 2010. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Highland (19.7%), Clinton (18.9%), and Noble (18.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Geauga (7.9%), Delaware (8%), and Medina (8.3%).
