According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Tennessee was 9.2% (sa) in February, 2009. Among all Tennessee counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Perry (25.4%), Lauderdale (17.7%), and Scott (17.7%).
