According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Tennessee was 8% (sa) in April, 2013. Among all Tennessee counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Scott (13.6%), Lauderdale (11.2%), and Hancock (11.1%).
