According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Washington was 6.3% (sa) in December, 2013. Among all Washington counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Ferry (13%), Grays Harbor (11.5%), and Wahkiakum (11.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): King (4.4%), Whitman (4.7%), and Snohomish (5%).
