According to the FBI UCR data, in 2010, among Ohio cities with a population of at least 10K, Cleveland had the highest Violent Crime Rate per 100K residents (1,296.82), followed by Cincinnati (1,085.55), Chillicothe (1,083.86), Dayton (990.68), and Youngstown (972.26).
