According to the FBI UCR data, in 2011, among Minnesota cities with a population of at least 10K, Faribault had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (59.49), followed by White Bear Lake (50.04), Mounds View (40.82), Savage (40.56), and South St. Paul (39.38).
