According to the FBI UCR data, in 2011, among Utah cities with a population of at least 10K, Brigham City had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (38.37), followed by Cottonwood Heights (26.41), Ogden (21.32), Salt Lake City (18.94), and Draper (18.57).
