According to the FBI UCR data, in 2011, among Minnesota cities with a population of at least 10K, Minneapolis had the highest Violent Crime Rate per 100K residents (965.42), followed by St. Paul (655.28), South St. Paul (398.7), Brooklyn Center (385.68), and Bemidji (332.47).
