According to the FBI UCR data, in 2012, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Keokuk had the highest Aggravated Assault Crime Rate per 100K residents (986.23), followed by Council Bluffs (948.84), Burlington (588.4), Muscatine (543.17), and Clinton (508.65).
