According to the FBI UCR data, in 2012, among Minnesota cities with a population of at least 10K, Bemidji had the highest Larceny-Theft Crime Rate per 100K residents (8,752.27), followed by Maplewood (5,144.76), Brainerd (4,186.69), Grand Rapids (3,960.85), and Brooklyn Center (3,892.6).
