According to the FBI UCR data, in 2012, among Kentucky cities with a population of at least 10K, Newport had the highest Rape Crime Rate per 100K residents (84.35), followed by Somerset (79.47), Glasgow (70.95), Georgetown (70.55), and Madisonville (66.2).
