According to the FBI UCR data, in 2013, among Louisiana cities with a population of at least 10K, West Monroe had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (45.87), followed by Baton Rouge (44.74), Shreveport (39.57), Gretna (22.52), and Houma (20.76).
