According to the FBI UCR data, in 2013, among Virginia cities with a population of at least 10K, Newport News had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (35.35), followed by Danville (30.14), Staunton (29.16), Bristol (28.34), and Suffolk (28.08).
