According to the FBI UCR data, in 2013, among US cities with a population of at least 50K, Detroit, MI had the highest Motor Vehicle Theft Crime Rate per 100K residents (1,699.27); followed by Oakland, CA (1,691.81); Richmond, CA (1,406.73); San Bernardino, CA (1,255.59); and Antioch, CA (1,143.29).
