According to the FBI UCR data, in 2017, among Oregon cities with a population of at least 10K, Coos Bay had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (97.88), followed by Roseburg (53.32), Cottage Grove (49.11), Portland (47.27), and Corvallis (45.16).
