According to the FBI UCR data, in 2017, among Virginia cities with a population of at least 10K, Colonial Heights had the highest Rape Crime Rate per 100K residents (140.29), followed by Winchester (129.89), Radford (90.7), Bristol (89.31), and Charlottesville (65.34).
