According to the FBI UCR data, in 2017, among Ohio cities with a population of at least 10K, Springfield had the highest Total Crime Rate per 100K residents (7,596.49), followed by Whitehall (7,464.83), Chillicothe (7,351.92), Portsmouth (6,625.59), and Steubenville (6,602.15).
