According to the FBI UCR data, in 2018, among Michigan cities with a population of at least 10K, Muskegon Heights had the highest Violent Crime Rate per 100K residents (2,238.81), followed by Detroit (2,007.82), Flint (1,817.57), Highland Park (1,741.71), and Saginaw (1,621.05).
