According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 132,963 adult arrests made in the US for drunkenness offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (101.13K), followed by Black or African American (18.71K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (11.51K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 126,672 (95%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (95.73K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (30.94K).
