US Number of Total Arrests By Race and Ethnicity for Suspicion Offenses in 2020

According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 264 total arrests made in the US for suspicion offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (166), followed by American Indian or Alaska Native (53), and Black or African American (42).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 205 (78%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (183), followed by Hispanic or Latino (22).
