According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 290,848 juvenile arrests made in the US for all offenses.
By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (185.32K), followed by Black or African American (93.95K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (7.91K).
By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 241,426 (83%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (183.76K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (57.67K).
