According to the FBI UCR data, in 2021, among Pennsylvania cities with a population of at least 10K, Scranton had the highest Aggravated Assault Crime Rate per 100K residents (219.38), followed by Waynesboro (109.7), Carlisle (77.88), East Pennsboro Township (41.68), and Washington Township, Franklin County (39.9).
