According to the FBI UCR data, in 2021, among Pennsylvania cities with a population of at least 10K, Scranton had the highest Violent Crime Rate per 100K residents (376.08), followed by Waynesboro (146.27), Carlisle (140.19), Washington Township, Franklin County (73.15), and East Pennsboro Township (69.46).
