According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, there were 3,724 juvenile arrests made in the US for driving under the influence offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (3.28K), followed by Black or African American (242), and American Indian or Alaska Native (151).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 3,080 (83%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (2.01K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (1.07K).
