By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (499.86K), followed by Black or African American (194.75K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (11.28K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 630,635 (88%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (501.43K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (129.21K).
