According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, among Pennsylvania cities with a population of at least 10K, Plymouth Township, Montgomery County had the highest Property Crime Rate per 100K residents (5,648.52), followed by Philadelphia (5,101.35), Cheltenham Township (4,654.44), Upper Merion Township (4,223.32), and Pottstown (3,811.56).
