According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 27,429 juvenile arrests made in the US for drug abuse violations offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (19.44K), followed by Black or African American (6.96K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (685).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 23,334 (85%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (14.45K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (8.89K).
