According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 25,315 total arrests made in the US for offenses against the family and children offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (16.55K), followed by Black or African American (7.00K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (1.36K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 21,810 (86%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (17.00K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (4.81K).
