According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 22,402 juvenile arrests made in US cities for drug abuse violations offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (16.35K), followed by Black or African American (5.16K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (593).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 19,719 (88%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (13.64K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (6.08K).
