According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 80,552 total arrests made in US metropolitan counties for property crime offenses.
By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (56.49K), followed by Black or African American (22.64K), and Asian (844).
By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 70,282 (87%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (59.55K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (10.73K).
