According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 564,938 adult arrests made in US suburban areas for all other offenses except traffic offenses.
By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (418.02K), followed by Black or African American (134.65K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (6.70K).
By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 479,595 (85%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (397.02K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (82.57K).
