US Number of Total Arrests By Population Group for Gambling Offenses in 2022

According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, there were 1,103 total arrests made in the US for gambling offenses. There were 756 total arrests made in All Cities; 308 total arrests made in Metropolitan Counties; 39 total arrests made in Nonmetropolitan Counties; and 413 total arrests made in Suburban Areas.

In terms of rate of arrests per 100K inhabitants, Group I - Cities had the highest (0.8), followed by Metropolitan Counties (0.5), and Total Cities (0.4).

  5. Group V - Cities: Cities with a population of 10,000 to 24,999.
