According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, there were 1,071 total arrests made in the US for gambling offenses.
By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (590), followed by Black or African American (342), and Asian (120).
By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 900 (84%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (566), followed by Hispanic or Latino (334).
