According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 1,747 total arrests made in the US for gambling offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (782), followed by Black or African American (600), and Asian (320).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 1,717 (98%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (1.31K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (411).
