According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, there were 13,745 juvenile arrests made in US metropolitan counties for all other offenses except traffic offenses.
By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (9.05K), followed by Black or African American (4.38K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (183).
By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 11,542 (84%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (9.27K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (2.27K).
