US Number of Total Arrests By Population Group for Disorderly Conduct Offenses in 2023

According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 222,813 total arrests made in the US for disorderly conduct offenses. There were 182,986 total arrests made in All Cities; 26,231 total arrests made in Metropolitan Counties; 13,596 total arrests made in Nonmetropolitan Counties; and 79,702 total arrests made in Suburban Areas.

In terms of rate of arrests per 100K inhabitants, Group VI - Cities had the highest (167.6), followed by Group V - Cities (120.6), and Group III - Cities (106.7).
