According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 20,100 adult arrests made in US metropolitan counties for vandalism offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (13.79K), followed by Black or African American (5.77K), and Asian (306).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 17,838 (89%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (14.73K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (3.11K).
