According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 1,445 total arrests made in US nonmetropolitan counties for rape offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (1.25K), followed by Black or African American (139), and American Indian or Alaska Native (49).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 1,081 (75%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (956), followed by Hispanic or Latino (125).
