According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 406 total arrests made in US suburban areas for gambling offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (238), followed by Black or African American (107), and Asian (54).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 376 (93%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (250), followed by Hispanic or Latino (126).
