By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (2.57K), followed by Black or African American (643), and Asian (39).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 3,255 (100%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (2.93K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (325).
