California Citizen Population By County in 2010 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen population for California was 31,146,840 and represented 85.01% of the total California population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest citizen population (7.84M), followed by San Diego (2.65M), and Orange (2.49M).

In terms of percentages, Trinity had the highest percentage of its population being citizens (98.58%), followed by Mariposa (98.28%), and Calaveras (98.02%).
