Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest citizen voting-age population (5.53M), followed by San Diego (1.97M), and Orange (1.79M).
In terms of percentages, Tuolumne had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (80.20%), followed by Trinity (79.60%), and Amador (79.58%).
