Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest citizen voting-age population (6.39M), followed by San Diego (2.31M), and Orange (2.12M).
In terms of percentages, Sierra had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.98%), followed by Amador (82.40%), and Plumas (81.61%).
