Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Iowa was 91,215 and represented 3.11% of the total Iowa citizen population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (19.27K), followed by Woodbury (8.91K), and Scott (7.33K).

In terms of percentages, Buena Vista had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (14.62%), followed by Crawford (13.21%), and Muscatine (11.00%).
