Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 40,840 and represented 1.84% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (8.38K), followed by Scott (3.95K), and Woodbury (3.60K).

In terms of percentages, Buena Vista had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (8.76%), followed by Crawford (7.23%), and Muscatine (7.13%).
