Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 76,810 and represented 3.29% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (15.72K), followed by Woodbury (7.44K), and Scott (6.31K).

In terms of percentages, Buena Vista had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (14.10%), followed by Muscatine (13.23%), and Crawford (12.77%).
