Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 81,915 and represented 3.49% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (16.57K), followed by Woodbury (7.90K), and Scott (6.86K).

In terms of percentages, Buena Vista had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (15.52%), followed by Crawford (13.99%), and Marshall (13.61%).
